First and foremost, Los Caidos, Inc. respects the privacy of its customers. Los Caidos, Inc. does not share your address, credit card information, or email with anyone. All customer information is strictly used to process orders and to keep you informed on company news, offerings, and updates in the most convenient, efficient, and secure way possible.

SECURITY

Los Caidos, Inc. protects all information by using a secure server. That means that credit card numbers and addresses are encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels via the Internet. Los Caidos, Inc. has made this a priority.

SALES TAX

Los Caidos, Inc. collects and remits sales tax on tobacco products to those states in which such is required of online retailers of tobacco products.  Please note that in those states in which the collection of, and remission of, sales tax on tobacco products is not required of online retailers of tobacco products, the purchaser of tobacco products is required to pay the sales tax on tobacco products.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover.

SHIPPING

All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. Should any item that is either received damaged or lost during transit, please notify us immediately. In the case of damaged goods, the outer packaging must be saved for UPS verification. In both cases, we will reship all items as soon as possible.

Los Caidos, Inc. has negotiated shipping rates which are lower than standard rates. These rates will be known at checkout once the amount of product ordered and shipping address are known.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER I ORDER?

Los Caidos, Inc. processes orders between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (EST) Monday-Friday.  We will make every attempt to fulfill any and all orders outside of these time frames. All orders will receive a respective tracking number. Those who have placed orders can use that number to get an estimated time of delivery and to track their package from the moment a label is created until the order is delivered.

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once an online order had been submitted, it cannot be changed online. However, Los Caidos, Inc. may be able to modify or cancel the order before it is shipped out and will make every attempt to do so. Those who find themselves in this situation should immediately contact Los Caidos, Inc.

CREDIT CARD POLICIES

Los Caidos, Inc. processes Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards and utilizes address verification service (AVS) on all orders received and thus, verifies both the billing address and the zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, Los Caidos, Inc. will attempt to verify the correct address via email/or phone. If Los Caidos, Inc. does not receive a response in a timely fashion, Los Caidos, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for both Los Caidos, Inc. and the credit card holders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Los Caidos, Inc. wants everyone who places an order to be completely happy with their experience. Should someone be unhappy, Los Caidos, Inc. wants to know so that the situation can be remedied. ANYONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT LOS CAIDOS, INC.

ONLINE POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER

THIS SITE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Sales of tobacco products to individuals under the legal minimum purchase age are illegal.  Los Caidos, Inc. does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21. Individuals less than 21 years of age should not be on the Los Caidos, Inc. website. Los Caidos, Inc. uses a non-affiliated third party company, Veratad Technologies, LLC, to confirm that persons placing orders are 21 or older.
